Strict Rule Enforcement

A riot (I use that term loosely) just outside my room at about 2AM this morning has really screwed up the whole college experience for me. Half the third floor is under "strict rule enforcement" for the rest of the semester. Whatever that means. That's a letdown, but I've also had a bad cough and a sore throat since Wednesday night. I was coughing like crazy and was worried I'd either puke or choke on my puke.
