Making it clear
My parents apparently didn't understand a word I said on my previous post. I really thought I was being clear. Let me explain: I started a new Google account, but I can't access this blog with it. I would have to start a new blog under my new Google account, unless I find another solution. Given that it's very unlikely that I will, I may need to move. Do you get it?
This really annoys me.

I understand what you're saying, but I don't understand why your Google account will expire. Do they have a time limit on these things?
No, not my Google account. My St. Andrews e-mail account, which was what I used as a Google account. My new gmail address required a new google account.
Ah, now I see your problem!
When I open up an account of some kind, I always use a hotmail or yahoo addy, not my 'home' email addy. I have changed IP's several times but have always been able to retain my hotmail and yahoo thus letting me keep and access any groups, etc.
I hope you will still have full access with your new account!
Maybe you can help me, then. What's an addy?
Sorry, addy = address. (I'm lazy and it's easier to type addy than it is to type address).
I've had my hotmail address for over 6 years now. I have joined many groups with that address, through that account. During those 6 years I was without any internet service for 2 years straight and hotmail kept my address/account active. When I got internet service again, with a new IP, I was able to log into my groups like I had never been away.
I have been able to access my blog from different "addys" by signing in, but the problem is, I may need to close my older google account, as I had to replace it.
